The following Terms of Use apply to customers using services provided by Manifest CGS LLC (“Manifest CGS”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Use govern the use of services provided by Manifest CGS. By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Description of Service

Manifest CGS offers pressure washing services to clean and maintain your property. Our services are designed to meet your cleaning needs while respecting the integrity of your property.

3. Booking and Pricing

To secure an appointment, customers must provide a booking deposit. This deposit is not the final price for our services. We estimate all jobs in person, and the booking deposit will be applied to the final estimate.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, less the booking deposit. We accept multiple forms of payment for our clients’ convenience.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Late Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of $40 may apply.
• Extreme Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen events, emergencies, or extreme circumstances, we understand that cancellations may be necessary. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to inform us of a cancellation or not being present at the agreed-upon appointment time without prior notice may result in a no-show fee of $40.
• Rescheduling: Customers are encouraged to reschedule their appointments, subject to availability, rather than canceling to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

6. Insurance and Liability

Manifest CGS is insured for damages to property caused directly from our services. Any claims for damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Intellectual Property
